Acceptance of Terms

By using LLMLite you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service. These terms apply to all users including free and paid plan holders.

Description of Service

LLMLite is an AI API routing service. We automatically classify your prompts and route them to the most cost-effective model capable of handling them — simple prompts go to free models via OpenRouter, complex prompts go to Gemini 2.5 Flash. You pay LLMLite a flat subscription fee instead of managing multiple API keys and costs yourself.

Account Registration

You must provide a valid email address to create an account. You are responsible for keeping your API key secure — do not share it publicly or commit it to version control. If your key is compromised, contact us immediately to rotate it.

Plans and Payments

• Free plan — 100,000 tokens/month at no cost.
• Pro plan — $29/month for 10M tokens.
• Max plan — $99/month for 100M tokens.

Payments are processed by Paddle. Plans auto-renew monthly unless cancelled. You may cancel at any time from your account — cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

Refunds are available within 3 days of a charge if you have not used more than 10% of your monthly token allocation. See our Refund Policy for full details, or contact llmlite.support@gmail.com to request one.

Token Limits

When you reach your monthly token limit, API requests will be blocked until your quota resets at the start of the next billing period, or until you upgrade to a higher plan. We are not liable for any interruption to your service caused by reaching your limit.

Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to use LLMLite to:

• Generate illegal, harmful, abusive, or hateful content.
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations.
• Attempt to reverse engineer or abuse the routing system.
• Resell or redistribute access to LLMLite without written permission.
• Send malicious, harmful, or deceptive prompts.
• Interfere with or disrupt LLMLite's infrastructure.

Data and Privacy

We do not store your prompt content or AI responses. We store only request metadata — token count, model used, estimated cost, and timestamp — to power your usage dashboard. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

Intellectual Property

LLMLite and its dashboard, branding, and routing system are owned by us. You retain full ownership of all prompts you send and all responses you receive. We claim no rights over your content.

Disclaimer

LLMLite is provided as-is. We do not guarantee uptime, response quality, or availability of third-party AI models. Model providers (OpenRouter, Google) may change their APIs, pricing, or availability at any time, which may affect our service.

Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of LLMLite. Our maximum liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the last 30 days.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if you violate these terms. You may cancel your account at any time by emailing llmlite.support@gmail.com. Upon termination, your API key is invalidated and access ends immediately.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. If we make significant changes we will notify you by email before they take effect. Continued use of LLMLite after changes means you accept the updated terms.
