Refund Policy

Summary: Full refund within 3 days of any charge, as long as you've used less than 10% of that billing period's token allocation. No questions asked.

Eligibility

You're eligible for a full refund of a charge if both of the following are true:

  • The request is made within 3 days of the charge date.
  • You have used less than 10% of the token allocation for that billing period.

This applies to both your first subscription payment and any subsequent renewal charge.

How to Request a Refund

Email llmlite.support@gmail.com from the email address on your account, with the subject line "Refund Request." Let us know the approximate charge date. We'll confirm your usage against the 10% threshold and process eligible refunds within 5–7 business days back to your original payment method via Paddle.

Requests Outside This Window

Charges older than 3 days, or where usage exceeds 10% of that period's allocation, are not eligible for an automatic refund. If you believe there are exceptional circumstances (e.g. a billing error, a duplicate charge, or a service outage that prevented you from using the product), email us — we review these on a case-by-case basis.

Cancellation vs. Refund

Cancelling your subscription stops future renewal charges but does not, by itself, refund the current billing period — that's a separate request, governed by the eligibility rules above. You can cancel at any time from your account or by emailing llmlite.support@gmail.com; you'll keep access until the end of the period you already paid for.

Free Plan

The Free plan has no charge, so there's nothing to refund. You can stop using LLMLite or delete your account at any time — see our Privacy Policy for how to request account deletion.

Payment Processing

All payments and refunds are processed by Paddle, our merchant of record. Refunds are returned to the original payment method and may take a few additional business days to appear, depending on your bank or card issuer.
